1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "sinicuci", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website located at sinicuci.club and all related sub-pages, services, and applications.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses the sinicuci platform, whether registered or otherwise.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the sinicuci platform.
• "Services" refers to the casino games, sportsbook, poker, live dealer tables, and all other gaming and related services made available through sinicuci.
• "Funds" means the monetary balance held in your sinicuci Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

2. Acceptance of Terms

• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services, either voluntarily through sinicuci's self-exclusion tools or mandatorily under any applicable regulatory framework.

sinicuci reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate Accounts found to be in breach of the eligibility requirements set out above.

4. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money Services on sinicuci, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on sinicuci. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Funds or Bonus Funds held therein.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — including submission of your MyKad (front and back) and a selfie holding your identification — is mandatory prior to your first withdrawal. sinicuci may also require additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes at its sole discretion.
• sinicuci reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification. No liability shall arise to sinicuci for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate KYC submissions.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. sinicuci shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sinicuci platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise for cryptocurrency payment methods.

• sinicuci accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB online transfer, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Available payment methods may change at sinicuci's discretion.
• The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon confirmed receipt by sinicuci's payment processing system. sinicuci is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank outages, or e-wallet service interruptions.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods that have been verified in your name. sinicuci does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times, and applicable limits are published in the sinicuci Account help section and may be updated periodically. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification at sinicuci's discretion.
• sinicuci reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory KYC verification, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

sinicuci may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and other promotional incentives. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one active welcome bonus may be applied per Account. Registering multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in Account termination and forfeiture of all associated Funds.
• sinicuci reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where reasonably practicable, notice will be provided on the platform, but no advance notice is guaranteed for time-limited promotional changes.
• sinicuci reserves the right to withhold or reclaim Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if there is evidence of promotional abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering designed to exploit bonus terms, hedging strategies, or the use of automated betting software.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering completion, sinicuci's records shall be the definitive reference, and sinicuci's decision shall be final.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the sinicuci platform are subject to the following general betting rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within each product section of the platform.

• Bets are not valid until confirmed by sinicuci's system. A bet placed but not confirmed — due to connectivity issues, system timeouts, or insufficient Account balance — shall be treated as void.
• sinicuci reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly erroneous odds or on the result of an event that has already been determined at the time of placement, where sinicuci has reasonable grounds to believe the Player was aware of the outcome.
• In the event of a technical fault during gameplay — including disconnections during live casino sessions — sinicuci's server records shall constitute the authoritative record of the game state and outcome.
• Maximum bet and win limits apply to certain games and markets. These limits are documented within the respective game interface. sinicuci reserves the right to impose additional betting limits on any Account at its sole discretion.
• Payouts are credited to your Account balance in MYR. sinicuci does not guarantee the same real-time exchange rate for USDT depositors when paying out winnings.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sinicuci platform. Breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or accessing the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other Account verification process.
• Creating or using more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit games, or interact with the platform in a manner not permitted for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to defraud sinicuci or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploited errors may be reclaimed by sinicuci.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening sinicuci staff or other players via any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sinicuci platform — including but not limited to the sinicuci brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images, and audio — is the intellectual property of sinicuci or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sinicuci platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any sinicuci content without prior written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• sinicuci provides the platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sinicuci makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Services.
• sinicuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of gaming session data, loss of winnings due to disconnection, or loss of Funds due to Account breach resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• sinicuci's aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damages arising from the Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to sinicuci in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit sinicuci's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

sinicuci is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account, effective immediately upon setting.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits beyond which further bets will be declined until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure time-based reminders that trigger notifications after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the sinicuci platform. Temporary exclusions range from 30 days to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable. During any exclusion period, sinicuci will not process deposits or honour bonus offers for the excluded Account.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible from the Account settings dashboard following sinicuci login. sinicuci strongly encourages players who feel their gaming is no longer enjoyable or is negatively affecting their finances, relationships, or wellbeing to make use of these tools and to seek external support where appropriate.

12. Termination & Account Closure

sinicuci reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• sinicuci has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any point.
• Continued operation of the Account presents unacceptable risk, reputational harm, or legal liability to sinicuci.

Upon Account closure for breach, sinicuci reserves the right to withhold any Funds in the Account pending investigation. Funds held in Accounts closed for reasons other than player breach will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or amounts owed to sinicuci.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting sinicuci support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure is processed within 5 business days, and any positive real-money balance will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which sinicuci's operating licence is issued. In the event of a dispute between you and sinicuci arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services, the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, sinicuci's licensing authority's dispute resolution process (if available) may be invoked. sinicuci's decision on all matters relating to gameplay, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility is final in the absence of manifest error.

14. Amendments to These Terms

sinicuci reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where the amendment is material — such as a change to withdrawal conditions, eligibility requirements, or prohibited conduct — reasonable notice will be provided via a notification on the platform or by email to the registered address on your Account.
